The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Seventh District Retirement Benefit Trust Fund is a defined contribution retirement fund administered for the benefit of eligible participants involved in the electrical trade through collective and non-collective bargaining agreements in the Seventh District. Contributions on behalf of participants are made by union contractors and are invested at the direction of the Plan’s Board of Trustees, who are responsible for the operation of the Plan under U.S. department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service rules and regulations. The Plan’s Board of Trustees consist of representatives from both management and labor who are responsible for the Plan’s operation in compliance with the Plan Document. Questions concerning the Plan’s operation can be directed to local union business administrators or to the Plan’s contract administrator.
